DELIVERY AND TRACKING

We make every effort to deposit every order with our delivery partner within 2 working days of purchase.

Regular

All orders will receive a tracking number which can be used to track delivery on the site of our delivery partner Collisimo. Delivery times are provided for information only, and do not take into account any delays caused by the authorization of payment and / or the availability of stocks.

Taxes

Items shipped to mainland France are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that taxes and duties are included in the final price. For orders outside these areas, delivery costs will be borne by the customer. These costs can be viewed in the "Delivery" tab on the items page as well as in the basket.

Assurance

Lovearth insures every purchase during transit time until it gets delivered to you. Orders may require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery, you also agree that the signature of the third party constitutes sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment of the order by Lovearth.
