RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you enjoy your new Lovearth product. However, if you change your mind for any reason, we offer a 14 day return policy. From the delivery of your item, you have 14 days to return your order, the postmark being taken as proof. Unfortunately, if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot accept your return and therefore cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

Before returning your item, please contact us: contact.lovearth@gmail.com to let us know your wish to return as well as your order number along with your LAST NAME and First name.

 

Shipping costs are not refundable. Thus, you will be forced to pay your own shipping costs to exchange or obtain a refund for your returned item.

 

Important information

In accordance with the practice in distance selling, in order to benefit from a return, your items must not be washed, worn or damaged. Make sure you make the return in secure and secure packaging. We insist that no returns will be accepted if the items are not intact, if they have been worn, washed or incomplete.

 

For your return to be compliant and validated, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) that you will place in your return package. In addition, please note on a sheet, which you will also place in the return package, what you want (exchange or refund), your order number, your last name, your first name and the reason for your return.

 

All products are subject to exchange (depending on availability) or refund.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange an item if it is defective or damaged. In this specific case you can request an exchange. Contact us via this email: contact.lovearth@gmail.com.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our approval or rejection of your refund request.

 

If your return is validated, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will be kept informed of the reimbursement deadlines.
